Jonathan Williams is a graduate of the Canadian Film Centres Writers Lab. 

He has since had three comic features optioned by Canadian producers and has received development support from Telefilm, CFC Features, and the Harold Greenberg Fund. His feature script, ZOMBIE LOVE, was chosen to participate in Just For Laugh’s Comedy Bootcamp and the Telefilm Comedy Lab.

His short film, CANOEJACKED, was funded by bravoFACT and the NFB, and stars Al Sapienza (The Sopranos) and Mpho Koaho (Falling Skies). He also directed the short, THE PORTAL,which features Erin Karpluk (Being Erica) and Tahmoh Penikett (Battlestar Galactica).
