Kyle Rideout is a Vancouver-based actor, writer and director currently working with Lark Productions (Motive) on developing an original series. He directed and co-wrote the feature, Eadweard (Five Audience Choice Awards for Best Picture at film festivals in Cape Cod, Maui, Nashville, Newport Beach and Rhode Island; Canadian Screen Award nomination, Best Adapted Screenplay). His short films include: Hop the Twig (Best Short CBC’s Short Film Face Off) and Wait for Rain (Best Short at Comic-Con). Next up, Rideout is directing alongside producer Josh Epstein a feature film they co-wrote, Pubic Schooled, starring Judy Greer. Their third screenplay, Monoceros, was selected for the Praxis Screenwriting Lab and NSI Features First Program. Rideout is also an established actor whose recent Film/TV credits include iZombie, The Arrangement, Deadpool, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Warcraft, Supernatural, Boy in the Attic. He also has performed voiceovers in My Little Pony, Lego Ninjago, Ready Jet Go and the Netflix originals Beat Bugs, Dinotrux, and Lego Elves. He is a graduate of Studio 58.
