With more than 10 years of experience in the film and television industry, Tex Antonucci has a proven track record of producing feature film and television projects from early script development to final delivery. Based in Vancouver, he works internationally, with experience on Canadian co-productions with countries such as Germany, Ireland and the UK.
Antonucci started with Infinity Features in 2006, working with the Academy Award-nominated producer William Vince on projects that included the Academy Award-nominated Terry Gilliam film, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, starring Heath Ledger, Christopher Plummer and Andrew Garfield. Since then he has also been developing and producing projects with South Creek Pictures, with past projects like The Entitled (2011), starring Ray Liotta and Kevin Zegers, and Reasonable Doubt (2014), starring Samuel L. Jackson and Dominic Cooper. More recently, Antonucci executive produced Lavender, starring Abbie Cornish, Justin Long and Dermot Mulroney, which premiered at the 2016 Tribeca Film Festival. Currently, he is in post-production on two feature films with Screen Siren Pictures, serving as a co-producer on the crowd-sourced documentary, Canada in a Day, and the feature film adaptation of Richard Wagamese’s critically acclaimed novel, Indian Horse. He will produce Larry’s Awesome Kegger under his newly formed production shingle, Western Spaghetti Pictures.
