NeedsList builds software and solutions for a new era of global crises. Our flagship software powers faster and sustainable humanitarian action with real-time matching tools. In addition, we offer workshops, design sessions, and strategic consulting for organizations interested in innovating their approach to humanitarian aid and natural disasters. NeedsList has been deployed in over 20 countries including in partnership with USAID for the Bahamas response to Hurricane Dorian. Cumulatively our company has moved over two million USD in resources to local communities around the globe.



Normative is a software design firm that helps organizations develop products, technologies and experiences for a networked world. Normative excels at solving problems at the intersection of human behaviour and networked technology; a capability they call “Design for the Network”.

Notebook Productions Inc.


Notebook Productions Inc. is an independent Canadian production company with a focus on scripted content. Based in Toronto, Notebook Productions was founded by Claire Ross Dunn, a television writer, story editor and producer, to develop content across TV, film, digital and publishing platforms. Notebook Productions is currently developing three properties: At Last Count, a one-hour drama TV series based on Dunn’s soon-to-be published novel of the same name, to be released by Invisible Publishing; Plunder, a one-hour TV series about two female math professors who plunder the lottery, co-created by Claire Ross Dunn and Dolly Reisman; and The Casterbridge Chronicles, a digital multi-platform anachronistic period drama created by Claire Ross Dunn, loosely based on Thomas Hardy’s The Mayor of Casterbridge and retold from the women’s point of view.
