Swamp

Synopsis

The Swamp prototype is a cell phone-enabled musical environment that allows you to explore your own creativity. This means that you can use your web-enabled wireless device (i.e., cell phone or personal digital assistant) to interact with elements of the story, and you experience the results of your interactions on a rich media device, such as a monitor or iTV. By pressing the buttons on the numeric keypad of your wireless device, you interact with the sounds of the swamp to create musical compositions. This drives the visually-enhanced narrative forward as the swamp reveals to you fragments of memories from the character whose point of view you have adopted. At the end of your visit, you hear the sum of your musical creations.
