Dynamic Pattern Creates Interactive Fashion

Synopsis

The prototype uses conductive thread as a heating medium and thermochromic pigments as dynamic pattern material printed on fabric. This project aims to combine high-tech and low-tech materals to create the interactive pattern making the garment interactive. The garment is stable, safe, washable and wearable satisfying most users’ needs founded in rational research. Designed with soft circuit and thermochromic materials, this lightweight, soft and comfortable garment can be created to realize a dynamic pattern controlled by mobile applications.
