Compensation: $35,000 per year

Job Summary:

Working closely with the Programs team, this full-time assistant plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day activities of various core programs and key program events at the CFC. This includes delivering on program logistics, providing administrative support, helping to build strong communication and relationships with CFC Residents and Mentors/Guests, providing support for program-related events, and supporting the application and selection processes across core programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Programs Department’s logistical and administrative needs in delivering programs.
  • Coordinate the daily program schedules and assist with key department interactions.
  • Assist with CFC Showcases and program-related internal and external events.
  • Assist with the recruitment, application, and selection processes for programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize, follow up, plan, prioritize and problem-solve.
  • Computer savvy.

Assets:

  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, hosting Zoom meetings, Salesforce, FormAssembly, PayPal.
  • Interest in working in arts and culture.
