Only the most recent graduate of the CFC Film Program - Directors' Lab are eligible for admission to this program. Applicants must have a dramatically compelling/entertaining and feasible short film script and be looking to further develop their collaborative and creative filmmaking skills.
The CFC carries out a rigorous selection process. Committees are comprised of key faculty, senior CFC staff and a diverse range of experienced independent filmmakers.
Films are selected based on the strength of the short film project(s), the creative team’s level of professionalism, their vision, the project’s feasibility and the team’s ability to fully deliver on the project.
