FROST tells the story of Naya, a young arctic hunter who longs for her father’s recognition as a capable disciple. When a season of scarcity threatens their family, she embarks on a perilous search for food beyond the perimeter of their ancestral hunting grounds. Out there at the edge of the ice floes, Naya makes an astonishing discovery: a strange world beyond her ability to comprehend... and a dangerous predator that may be beyond her ability to survive.



Jeremy has spent the past 8 years working in production and visual effects. His skills as an illustrator, graphic designer, and compositor enable a distinctive, creative vision. Jeremy holds a MA in Film Studies from the Beijing Film Academy and a BA in Pacific and Asian Studies from University of Victoria.


The principal of Clique Pictures, Lauren Grant established her company in 2006 to focus on developing feature film and documentary production. In 2011, she won the best live action short drama Genie Award for the residential school musical Savage. Lauren is currently in post-production on the feature film Picture Day.


Robert was the VFX Supervisor on The Tudors, Dolphin Tale and The Borgias, for which he was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding VFX. He was Second Unit Director on Splice and The Tudors, Co-producer of The Tudors and Executive Producer of Academy Award-winner Chris Landreth’s short The Spine.


Richard has edited award-winning television shows for some of Canada’s most prestigious production companies. His credits include: Survivorman, X-Weighted, Family Restaurant, and William Shatner’s Weird or What? Keen to build on his impressive record in factual television, Richard aspires to test himself in the world of drama.
