Building Fund - Northern Dancer Pavilion

The expansion of the CFC to include programs in acting and music has led to spectacular developments on Windfields Estate. The latest is the modern, glass-panelled Northern Dancer Pavilion, designed by esteemed architect Ken Fukushima. The Northern Dancer Pavilion will enhance our ability to deliver multidisciplinary programs and services, while offering a beautiful space for private and public events.

The landmark building is named after Canada’s infamous thoroughbred racehorse, Northern Dancer, who was once stabled at Windfields Estate, which was home to famed industrialist and horse racing enthusiast E.P. Taylor and his family.

We celebrated the unveiling of the Northern Dancer Pavilion in June 2014.

While nearly complete, the pavilion still lacks essential equipment and fixtures needed to maximize its use as a training facility and launching pad for Canada's most promising talent in film, television, screen acting, music, and digital media.

We need your support to help us maintain and improve the professional level of facilities, tools and resources for our residents.

You can make your contribution to the history of the Estate and our future with your support of the Northern Dancer Pavilion.
