A co-founder of Montreal-based animation studio and digital tools maker E.D. FILMS, Emily produces all of the studio’s work, whether linear film, VR, immersive experiences, or artist-driven technical tools and digital products. “Giant Bear” (with Taqqut Productions, Nunavut), National Geographic Museum’s “Monster Fish”, and the “PSD to 3D” plug-in are just a few in the long list of projects she has galvanized and successfully delivered. Under Emily’s guidance, the studio’s animation has been recognized with a Webby Award, a Canadian Screen Award, an ARTE International Pixel Prize, and screened at festivals such as Fantasia, Hiroshima, Annecy, and TIFF. Emily develops and produces multi platform projects, pitches at markets, collaborates closely with artists and clients, and participates on juries and panels internationally. In 2019, Emily was a recipient of the annual lauréate prize from Femmes du cinéma, de la télévision et des médias numériques (FCTMN).
