Louise Upperton has more than 15 years of experience in creative industries with a diverse background spanning music, entertainment, fashion and lifestyle. For nearly a decade, she worked with Arts & Crafts, one of Canada's most important independent record labels. Upperton was nominated for a Juno Award for Best Album Artwork Design in 2006, and later led global and digital marketing and distribution, working with artists such as Feist, Broken Social Scene and Stars. In 2010, she moved to Hong Kong and joined TBWA, a global ad network, as Director of Business Development and Marketing across 17 markets in Asia-Pacific.
