Founder, Principle, CoDesign Lab
Aaron is a Toronto-based designer and facilitator, and is the founder of CoDesignLab, a cross-industry strategy consultancy working in financial services, aerospace and consumer goods. He also serves as a member of the board of The Value Web – an international non-profit acting as a platform for the co-creation of strategies for the common good, influencing the decision making processes of global institutions such as UNICEF, WHO, The World Bank, IMF, CDC, WFP and IFAD.
Aaron is a lead designer for the World Economic Forum, working with its Foundations teams and the Forum of Young Global Leaders on maximizing the interaction and impact of its communities.
Formerly the Canadian Competency Leader for PwC’s collaborative strategy practice, working with leading companies and government agencies in the co-creation of strategies through group process. Aaron also previously served as Faculty for Duke Corporate Education in its programs throughout Europe and the Americas, and worked as a part of Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment.
Aaron studied Sociology at Queen’s University in Kingston, with a specialization in hacking, hacker culture, information security and social relationships with technology. He earned his shodan grade in Aikido in while studying in Kyoto, Japan.
