Current Information

Anna Maguire is a British-Canadian actress, writer and director. She began her acting career in Saving Private Ryan and has since appeared on stage and screen in the UK and internationally. Her recent credits include The Hour, Parade’s End, Oscilloscopes, The TS Eliot US/UK Exchange, The Water Engine, the short film He Took His Skin Off for Me and the feature film Forgotten Man. As a writer/director, Anna has completed five short films, including How (Not) to Rob a Train (long listed for the 2015 BAFTAs), which she wrote, directed and starred in. She is currently in development to direct Your Mother and I, written by Dave Eggers and adapted by Anna and Julia Hart.
