Martin is responsible for writing and production of internal & external communication, training, and PSA multimedia content; Live broadcast television production & live web video streaming of TPS news conferences; Multi-camera live-event production and ENG event coverage; Operation and live monitoring of Toronto Police CCTV camera control centre; Operation of two "Live Eye" mobile remote-transmission video support/surveillance vehicles (RF Microwave/COFDM) for public events and protests; Forensic Video Analysis support and Video Evidence support for investigative and court purposes. 

He produced & Directed the "STOP.BULLYING.NOW." anti-bullying campaign video with TPS LGBT ISN (2013), Directed & Co-Produced the "Heads Up! Distraction Can Be Fatal" pedestrian safety awareness campaign with TPS Traffic Services (2012), and Created & Directed the "Youth Speaking Up" Student Anti-Violence Advocacy Campaigns with Toronto Police Youth In Policing Initiative (YIPI) Students (2011 & 2012)
