Biography
Rachel Vulliens studied film then visual arts at the “Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne” (Ecal) where she graduated in 2002 with the Ernest Manganel Award. After studying computer science for two years at the University of Geneva, she moved to Canada where she attended the Interactive Art & Entertainment Programme at the Canadian Film Centre (CFC) in Toronto.
There she worked with Derivative, a company specialized in real time 3D. After returning to Switzerland, she worked as assistant to the French artist and director Christelle Lheureux at the “Haute Ecole d’Art et de Design” (HEAD) in Geneva.
Since fall 2011, she has been living and working in Zürich.
